I’m a Senior Product Designer based in Toronto, currently designing at Interac.

Most of my work lives in the parts of payments people do not usually see: checkout handoffs, authentication, bank operations, transaction states, merchant tooling, and the small trust moments that decide whether someone feels confident enough to continue.

I like products that are hard to untangle. The kind with too many systems, too many edge cases, too many stakeholders, and a user who still just needs the next step to feel obvious.

My strength is turning that complexity into something clear. I care about structure, language, hierarchy, and the small details that make a financial product feel calm instead of intimidating.

I’m not interested in design that only looks good in a mockup. I care about work that survives real constraints, business needs, technical limits, compliance, operational realities, and users who do not have time to decode the system behind the screen.
